What I liked

• The adventure hooks you straight away. Clues, rivals, family secrets - it never slows down.
• I loved when Saladin (the cat) distracted the guard and then Nellie bashed the rock down over his head.
• Good if you like mystery adventures with actual danger.

What I didn’t like

• Contains drug use, violence, and dangerous behaviour - 9+ but still worth checking with a parent.
• Comedy is not the main point here, so do not expect non-stop laughs.

Verdict

Solid adventure graphic novel. I want to know what happens next in the series. Good from about 9+.
