What I liked

• What I liked was how cool Zoro was. When he was strung up he was just like “cool, I will get to catch up on some sleep.” So funny. You need to read.

What I didn’t like

• I did not really like how the World Government were such jerks.
• Age rating 9+ - contains violence and smoking.

Verdict

Art 4, comedy 4, rereadability 5. Read it if you want a proper adventure manga.
