Oddballs
RecommendedJames, Max, and Echo are back! For five brand new adventures. These troublemakers crash parties while enraging several party girls and getting battered by them, he grows a virus in his mouth, turns his yard into a hotel and pool, and nearly dies. Of course.
What I liked
- The comedy is non-stop. If you like The Odd 1s Out energy, this delivers.
- I loved how when James “blows up,” Max says: “Well, James, you were a horrible person, but a good friend.” Really cracked me up.
- Easy to dip in and out — each adventure is its own chaos.
What I didn’t like
- A little bit of violence here and there, but nothing major for 8+.
- Art is good but not the main reason you read it — the jokes carry it.
Verdict
Really funny graphic novel. Comedy and readability both 5 paws. Good from about 8+.
